Start with the outside of your house, also called your curb appeal. Look at the outside of your home from a quick glance from the street. What jumps out at you? What would've-been-eye-catching features seem waiting to be noticed?
Knowing this assists us in determining what measures we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and colorful greenery we'll need to tackle those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your house's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Examining your house with a buyer's eye, we'll recommend arrangements that improve Open House appeal.
We'll tell you reduce the effect of anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and play time drawings should get stored away too. We can help you de-clutter your house. Unattractive or messy places make your home feel smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your property "home".
Every room gets a once-over. We'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients like to see a house that charms them. Everything that could be too personal should be removed in order for your house to impress buyers to buyers.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when to host an Open House, because all of the changes come together to paint a picture of what buyers can expect after they choose to buy your house.
Brightening up each room is of major importance, so we'll do things like open curtains and change light bulbs where needed to show off your house. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing lightly and make sure a nice fragrance circulates from every area. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your home is their future home.
